• However, please note that due to the personalised nature of our products, we reserve the right to not accept returns or offer refunds or replacements for these items unless they are faulty.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@youruniqueprint.com with your order details. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.  All items must be returned in their original condition for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
